The Problem

Your customers are searching. You’re not what they’re finding.

Most of your customers search for you on their phones. Half the time, they don’t find you. The other half, they land on a site you don’t own — paying monthly rent to Wix or Squarespace for something that doesn’t quite look like your business, loads slowly, and can’t be updated without a support ticket.

Meanwhile, the place down the block shows up first on Google. Same neighborhood, same kind of business, but their site is built the way Google rewards — and yours isn’t. Your reviews are good. Your menu is better. None of that matters if no one finds you.

The problem isn’t your business. It’s the website you’re paying for.

What You Get

A site built around your business, not a template

Four things you should expect from a website in 2026. Most local businesses don’t have any of them.

01 — Found

Found on Google — and in AI answers

Your site shows up when neighbors search for what you sell. Built with the right structure for Google AND for ChatGPT and Google AI answers — which is increasingly how people search.

02 — Mobile

Works perfectly on phones

Most of your customers find you on their phone. Your site is built mobile-first, loads in under a second, and looks like itself on any screen size.

03 — Owned

You own it — no monthly platform rent

The site lives on a server you control. No Wix subscription. No Squarespace upgrade. Want to walk away from us? Take the whole site with you.

04 — Yours

Built around your actual business

Your photos, your menu, your services, your voice. Not a template you’d recognize from fifty other businesses on the same block.

The Proof

One real build. More on the call.

Live Client Brooklyn, NY

Asian Street Gourmet

A Cantonese family kitchen in Brooklyn. Built around their full menu (bilingual), location, hours, photo gallery, and online ordering integration. Mobile-first, loads in under a second, owned outright.

This is a real client site — not a demo, not a mockup. The same approach, the same care, and the same toolchain is what you get if you hire us.

More samples — shown on the call

We’ve built across restaurants, dental practices, physiotherapy clinics, contractors, luxury real estate, and patisseries. We don’t link them all here on purpose — the most useful walk-through is the one matched to your business, done live on the discovery call, with the design choices explained in context. Book the call and we’ll pull up whichever build is closest to what you’re trying to do.

The Process

How a project usually unfolds

Step 01

Free 30-minute discovery call

You describe your business, your customers, and what’s working or not on your current site. We walk through samples matched to your vertical, tell you what we’d build, roughly how long, and what it’d cost.

Step 02

Custom site built in 2–3 weeks

We design and build around your photos, your menu, your services. You review at each stage. Adjustments happen before launch, not after. No drafts you can’t change later.

Step 03

Launch + handoff with ownership

Domain is yours. Site is yours. We document what we built, train you if needed, and stay available for changes. No SaaS lock-in, no monthly platform rent.

What It Costs

$1,500 starting

A custom site with your menu or services, contact info, photo gallery, mobile-perfect layout, and the SEO structure that actually gets you found. That’s the starting price — what most local businesses need.

Scope-ups for online ordering, reservation systems, e-commerce, multi-page builds, custom integrations, and ongoing maintenance retainers. We’ll walk through what your specific situation needs on the discovery call.

No hidden monthly platform fees. You own the site outright. Hosting is typically $5–$20/month on a service you control — we set that up and walk you through it once.

What You Can Add

Beyond the website itself

Most local businesses start with just the site. Some want the extra reach (search) or the extra hands (ongoing). Both are optional — scope-priced, walked through on the call.

Add-On 01

Search Visibility

SEO and AI-answer optimization built on top of the site: Google Business Profile setup, schema markup, location pages, and the content structure that helps you show up when nearby customers (or their AI assistants) search for what you do.

One-time setup · scope-priced

Add-On 02

Ongoing Care

A monthly retainer for content changes, seasonal updates, performance monitoring, and a faster support channel. For owners who’d rather not think about the site once it’s live — not required, just available.

Optional retainer · cancel anytime

Common Questions

Before you book the call

How long does it take? +

Most builds are 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. We work in stages so you see progress weekly, and adjustments happen before we hit production rather than after.

Do I own the site after? +

Yes. The domain, the code, the content — all yours. We can host it for you if you want, or you can host it yourself anywhere. No SaaS lock-in, no monthly platform rent.

What does ongoing maintenance cost? +

Hosting is typically $5–$20/month depending on traffic. We don’t bake a retainer into the base price — once the site is launched, you can leave it alone. If you want changes later (new menu items, new services, seasonal updates), that’s billed hourly or as an optional Ongoing Care retainer if you’d rather not think about it.

What if I just need a Google Business Profile and not a full website? +

Different scope, and we can help with that too — but the two work together. A Google Business Profile (the free Google Maps + Search listing) is what gets you discovered locally. A website is what people land on once they find you. We’ll discuss what mix is right for you on the call.

Can you handle online ordering, reservations, or bookings? +

Yes, through integrations with Toast, Resy, OpenTable, Calendly, Cal.com, and similar platforms. We connect to existing systems rather than rebuilding them — you keep using the booking platform you already know.

How is this different from Squarespace or Wix? +

Squarespace and Wix are template builders you rent. Ours is a custom site you own. The differences that matter: speed (ours loads in under a second), search visibility (built with the right SEO structure from day one, not bolted on), and total cost (no monthly platform fee — you stop paying us once it’s built unless you want changes).

If you’re a restaurant specifically

We have a sub-brand built around restaurant work — restaurants.kaizhen.pro. Same team, same craft, but the conversation is focused on what restaurants need most: menu structure, hours, local discovery, bilingual options, and online ordering. For everyone else, this page is the right starting point.

Want one of these for your business?

Book the 30-minute discovery call. We’ll walk through what your site could look like, what it’d cost for your specific scope, and pull up whichever of our other builds is closest to your kind of business.
